Cognitive Disorders in Patients with Parkinson's Disease

The aim of the study was to identify cognitive disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease
 Material and methods. conducted on basis neurological department Regional Clinical Hospital (Odesa) during 2011-2021. 364 were diagnosed Parkinson disease (PD) diagnostic criteria British Brain Bank. demographic data studied: age, sex, severity according UPDRS scale, stage Hoen-Yahr presence impairment their nature. MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination;) PD-CRS (Parkinson’s Disease-Cognitive Rating Scale) used functions. Statistical processing performed by analysis variance, correlation factor using Statistica 13.0 software (TIBCO, USA).
 Results.
 At onset disease, left lesions noted 126 patients, ie 34.6%, right - 127 (34.9%), remaining 111 (30.5%) bilateral lesions. structure dominated mixed forms. Akinetic-rigid form observed 92 (25.3%) cases, trembling 27 (7.4%), rigid-trembling 157 (43.1%) trembling-rigid (7.4%). Patients 2 3 CP most often registered 28.6% 28.0% respectively. 31 (8.5%) had more severe motor (stages 3.5 4). Cognitive detected a significant number (238 or 45.2%), mean score scale 25.3 ± 0.3. Accordingly, average 91.2 3.4 points. Subdemental changes present 82 (15.6%) patients. mild dementia found 15 (2.8%) moderate 18 (3.4%).
 Conclusions:

 Dementia (3.4%)
 There is direct between age intellectual disabilities (r = 0.50).
 Self-care are determined both 72% (R 0.851; R2 0.723; Adjusted 0.721; F (2.2) 309; p <10-4; SE 4.6 ).
